What is a Vivid Vision?
A Vivid Vision is intended to guide the company into the future. It's a form of accountability.

It has our core values, our goals and the desire we have as a company. As a company we do a weekly review of a section of our Vivid Vision this reminds us where we are going and where we can improve to accomplish our vision of being the leading handyman contractor in Maine. It is also a document we use in guiding us in hiring team members.
