Seasonal Camp Maintenance Schedule

Here is a list of some of the maintenance services we offer for your seasonal camp.

  • Test sump pump. Inspect basin for issues (inspect unsealed basins only) 

  • Inspect heat pump filters/clean as needed

  • Turn on dehumidifiers and adjust settings and check drain line

  • Install window/door screens

  • Open storm windows and inspect

  • Turn on exterior water

  • Inspect exterior hose bib

  • Inspect and install garden hoses

  • Inspect and clean up to 100' of gutters not exceeding 22' off the ground

  • Check water softener salt levels

  • Inspect/change furnace filters

  • Visual inspect exterior of the home and vents

June

  • Clean range grease filters

  • Turn off gas fireplace and clean glass

  • Clean/install A/C Units

  • Clean exterior vents

  • Check water softener salt levels

  • Inspect furnace filter

  • Visual inspect exterior

July

  • Vacuum/clean bathroom fan grills

  • Fill minor asphalt and concrete cracks up to 1/4"

  • Clean exterior dryer vent

  • Inspect Heat Pump filters and clean as necessary

  • Inspect and change furnace filters

  • Check water softener salt levels

  • Visual inspect exterior vents

  • Descale dishwasher and clean out drain filter

  • Lubricate all garage door moving parts

  • Test garage door safety shut off

  • Inspect fire extinguisher 

  • Inspect under all sinks for water issues/damage

  • Check water softener salt levels

  • Visual inspect exterior of the home and vents

  • Clean entire length of dryer vent line

  • Inspect and tighten laundry hoses

  • Check water softener salt levels

  • Inspect exterior hose bib

  • Winterize exterior plumbing

  • Remove A/C Units and store

  • Remove, clean all screens and storm doors. (larger homes require more time)

  • Inspect and change furnace filters

  • Check water softener salt levels

  • Visual inspect exterior vents

  • Inspect and clean gutters up to 100" (gutters cannot exceed 22' off the ground)

  • Inspect weather stripping on all exterior doors

  • Inspect under all sinks for water issues/damage
